Creating a hyperlink to the Site or its pages is prohibited unless prior written consent is given by MAISON ORPHÉE, which may be revoked at any time. HOTEL VIGNON is not responsible for third-party websites linking to the Site.
Liability
MAISON ORPHÉE strives to maintain accurate and updated information on the Site but reserves the right to modify content at any time without notice.
Third-party sites linking to the Site are not controlled by MAISON ORPHÉE, which disclaims all liability regarding their content or access.
Cancellations and Modifications
For accommodation services booked through the Site, the Consumer’s right of withdrawal under Article L. 221‑18 of the French Consumer Code does not apply (see Article L. 221‑28, paragraph 12), as the services are provided on specific dates.
Each booking has Specific Conditions outlining cancellation/modification terms. Prepaid and non refundable reservations cannot be modified or cancelled. Any deposit is non-refundable as stated.
When allowed by the Specific Conditions:
Reservations may be cancelled or modified via the “Modify or Cancel Booking” section on the Site or by contacting the hotel directly (contact details provided in booking confirmation).
In case of cancellation by the Client, the full amount remains due.
Check-out must occur by the hotel’s designated time; otherwise, an additional night will be charged.
Consumer Mediation
If disputes arise under these Terms and Conditions, you may seek mediation. After contacting the hotel management and receiving no satisfactory response within 60 days, you may approach the CM2C mediator:

Governing Law & Disputes
These Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. The reference language for legal proceedings is French.
